Arrest warrant on Mustapha
The Mount Lavinia additional Magistrate today issued an arrest warrant on former Deputy Minister Myon Mustapha, who is reportedly out of the country, for failing to appear in Court in a bribery case.
The attorney general had last month indicted Mustapha on charges of having offered Rs.4,200,000 to National Freedom Front member Mohamed Muzammil as a means of inducing him to support General Sarath Fonseka at the last Presidential elections.
